Microsoft launched Windows Vista in 2007, it was the time when customer satisfaction dropped by 4% to an ACSI score of 70. Such a situation remained for the next three years. In 2008 the rate became even worse, it diminished to 69.

In October 2009 the company introduced Windows 7. Due to the new software the rank has reached 4% market share for three weeks. It was revealed that over 90 million Windows 7 licenses were sold by March 2010.
As a result, the index of the company augmented as a collective sigh of relief. According to the latest results, the company achieved 76, which is considered to be the highest score for the company.
In case you would like to check out the index, you can visit the “Subscription Television Services” section. It examines fiber optic, cable as well as satellite operators. Companies as well as satellite have been dissatisfied by cable companies, which leads to some backlash in the form of better service provided by the cable companies.

None of the numbers are impressive if we compare the cable companies with other industries. But for the most part, they are on the rise.
